Have you considered using our pressed metal panels when cladding walls in your bathroom? The powdercoated finish and the large panel size makes them easy to clean
The large format size of the panels (6ft x 3ft = 1830 x 915mm) means that only a few panels are required to cover a large area.
We recommend for ease of cleaning that you powdercoat the panels in a wet area. You can choose the finish from the Dulux powders range and Period Details will powdercoat it for you. In this bathroom our client chose Dulux Pearl White. Pearl white is a gloss powdercoat finish which has a slight hint of cream which gives your room a warm glow.
Panels are installed over a waterproof membrane. Period Details use Soudal High Tack Fix All adhesive to attach the panels to the wall. This is a quick grip contact adhesive made in Belgium. It’s a neutral cure and stays flexible when dry. Where the panels overlap we finish with a bead of Roberts Maxisil “N” Silicone. This is a brilliant quality silicone which is made in Germany.
For this bathroom our client chose the Original pattern. The niches are made from aluminium and were sourced by our client from EBay. We powdercoated the niches to match the panels.
