We use a mixture of Australia Post and courier services to deliver our products.
Due to the varied nature of the products that we sell we cannot calculate freight costs until orders are placed.
All sales are final and we do not accept returns – Normal Consumer Laws apply
If your item has been ordered and it has not yet been processed, manufactured or shipped – if we are able to cancel the order – then a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Returns Process – items to be returned must be pre-approved by our staff
To return an item, please send it to:

And also include the following information:
- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
