As you can see from our website we sell a huge variety of products, as a result it is difficult to provide you with a freight cost until we know what you would like to order.

Found a Piece(s) You Like ?
Simply fill out our Product Enquiry Form, let us know which piece(s) your are interested in and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Provide a Business Delivery Address?
It would be great if you could provide delivery details for us. Sending to private addresses can be difficult as Australia Post is very limited in the size of the parcels it will take. Usually hardware can be sent by Australia Post but larger items can't.
If the item(s) that we are sending are large. We will need a commercial delivery address where someone is available to sign as these deliveries are usually sent by courier.
We will need a Deposit or Payment in Full?
Once you have emailed you enquiry to us we will get back to you with the total cost including freight. Before we can get your order under way we will need a minimum 30% deposit from you. Some orders that can be despatched immediatley require full payment.
As we can't see you we prefer payments for Web Orders to go directly into our bank account. You can also send us a cheque or money order. The order will be started once payment is received.
Final payment will need to be made before the order is despatched.
What if I don't like it?
Unfortunatley we cannot refund your order if you change your mind, of course normal consumer laws apply.
We suggest that if you are placing an order and require a large number of the same item buy one sample and then place another order for the balance.
WE are open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm, closed Sundays and Public Holidays. |
